The SURFERS VILLAGE brought to you by OUTGOING.CO.UK will be taking total control of the awesome multi-berth caravans on Trevelgue Holiday Park: a self- contained cliff top community just built for fun!

The self-catering caravans come fully equipped with everything you’ll need when you’re not surfing or socialising. You’ll find a fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, kettle and microwave as well as cutlery and glassware. Plus, there is hot water, a shower, WC, TV, power points throughout and a gas heater in the living room.

INVENTORY & SECURITY DEPOSITS – VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!

There is a security deposit of £30 per person in the caravans on site. Why so high we hear you scream? Well, the people who run Trevelgue are very happy to have you here, but they want their caravans returned clean and tidy as you found them.

1. Pay £30 in cash for your caravan place on check in
2. The money is to be collected by the club captain prior to keys being handed over 
3. The money will be returned minus any damage directly to the club electronically on Tues November 1st
4. You will then be able to collect your damage deposit from either the Students Union
5. Or at the next surf club social

IN 2010 99.9% OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT MONEY WAS RETURNED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY

Remember the lead passenger will be issued with the following a Caravan Itinerary. The purpose of the forms is for you to check on arrival that all is in order. Please complete it before MIDNIGHT on the day of arrival and return it to the main reception. It will then be photocopied and a copy returned to you for your records.

Each caravan has an easy to follow inventory. If there is no inventory, ensure you make a note of this on the Damage Report Form. If you find anything broken, damaged, or missing, please note it down on the Damage Report Form. If this is not done, it will be assumed that any discrepancies found at the end of your stay were caused by you, and you will be charged to put them in order. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT on this point... it's important that you check everything carefully when you get in! We suggest you cover all bases by taking a picture of any damage on arrival with digital camera. This way there can be no issues at a later date.
